What it covers
CineLinker is free for talents and recruiters. Only training course enrolments are paid: this policy applies to them.
Cancelled course
If a course is cancelled by the trainer or by CineLinker, the student is fully refunded, automatically, with no request needed.
Change of mind
You can ask for a full refund of your enrolment within 14 days of payment, as long as the course has not started. Write to info@cinelinker.com with the course name and your account email.
Course started or attended
Once the course has started, or if you attended it, it is no longer refundable, except for a serious issue (course not as described, trainer absent…). In that case, write to us: we review each request with the trainer and reply within 5 business days.
Timing and method
Refunds are made to the card used for payment, in US dollars (USD), within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Your entry receipt is then cancelled.
