1. Controller

2. Data collected

Account: name, email, encrypted password, optional phone (never displayed), account type.

Profile: country, city, trades, languages, gender, birth date (not displayed), height, weight (not displayed), background, presentation, availability, preferences and limits, photos, videos and production links.

Recruiters: company, activity and verification documents.

Trainers: specialties, presentation, years of experience, website, ID, CV and references for verification, published courses and payout details (method, account holder, number or payment address).

Activity: offers, applications, messages, reviews, reports, notifications, film quiz games and contact form messages.

Training: course requests, enrolments, payments (amount, date, reference), entry receipt and entry validation. Card details are handled only by our payment provider.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and security logs. Audience measurement only with your consent.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service and manage your account (contract); to verify recruiters, protect minors and fight fraud and fake castings (legitimate interest and legal obligations); to send account notifications (our emails never contain details of your activity); to process course payments, pay trainers their share, refund students when needed and keep accounts (contract and legal obligations); to check entry receipts and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); to measure audience and show ads, only with your consent.

4. Who can see it

Profile information is visible to signed-in members according to the site rules. Private data (email, phone, birth date, weight, documents) is never displayed. Photos of minors are only shown to verified recruiters.

Trainers see the name, email address and message of people enrolled in their courses, their payment and entry validation. The verification page of a receipt shows the student’s name and the course to anyone who scans its QR code.

The CineLinker team, within its tasks. Our providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and files, EU servers), email delivery, Stripe (payments) and, if you accept, Google Analytics. Authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some providers (Vercel, Stripe, Google) may process data outside your country or the European Union, under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Account and profile: while the account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion unless the law requires otherwise. Verification documents: 30 days after the team’s decision. Payments, payouts and refunds: 10 years (accounting). Contact messages: 3 years. Security logs: 12 months. Analytics cookies: up to 13 months; your cookie choice: 6 months.

7. Security

Encrypted connections and passwords, strict access rules, verification documents stored separately and never public, contact details blocked in exchanges.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to some processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@cinelinker.com. You can delete your account yourself from the settings, and contact your national data protection authority.

9. Minors

A minor’s profile is only activated with a parent’s or guardian’s consent, their photos are never public, and the parent may ask for the profile to be deleted at any time.
